Can you give someone diarrhea by use of reflexology?

I heard that it's possible to press right spot on someone's foot and this will work. Yes/no?

3. You mean, press on their foot and they will poop all over you? Eww. And why would you want to? No, that can't happen. What can happen is that you do such a good job on the session that they go into a cleansing period where the body physically flushes all kinds of toxins out and that can present itself as diarrhea.
