Why is reflexology so painful? My feet is always uncomfortable during and after my session, in particular...?

the arch of my foot? does everyone find reflexology painful? I thought that it was supposed to be relaxing...until I had it done...

2. Reflexology should not be painful. You occasionally get little bits of pain - which SHOULD relate to parts of your body that are not balanced - for example, if it hurts when the reflexologist does your big toe, you might be suffering from a headache etc. However, your feet should not "generally" hurt during or after reflexology. Have a word with another reflexologist and see if it's something your current practitioner is doing wrong. I would cease treatment until you have got to the bottom of it though.
