2. Reflexology is a method of analyzing your health by your feet. A reflexologist can determine a lot of things about your health conditions. An iridologist analyzes your health by the structure and markings of your irises. Iridology can determine more about your health than reflexology.
3. Reflexology can either be done on your hands or on your feet. There are specific parts of your body which correspond to treatment when their "zone" in the foot or hands is worked on. It's very relaxing and is quite effective. I've been getting it done for years as well as massage.
