I finished working for a consulting company last week - long hours, stressful job. I have a week off before starting a new job in media - (I'm hoping a bit more fun / less stressful.. we'll see). Anyway I often find that when I have a break after a long period of work (eg holiday), I feel a bit ill for first few days.. but this time I have major muscle soreness all over - as if I've been to the gym too much. It got even more exaggerated after a reflexology session. Have never had anything like this before - and would like to get back to normal before starting my new job as don't want to be hobbling into the office come monday morning.. not sure what it is, or what to do about it. any advice?
