Reflexology?

I know you can treat symptoms through massaging the feet, but when you go to have reflexology, can you go with a specific complaint, or is it just 'what they find' at the time? Can you have several symptoms treated in the hour or half hour session? I would like expecially to hear from people who have had it and how they found it helped them...
