90 min theraputic masssage or 60 min theraputic massage and 30 min. foot reflexology?

I just called to book a 90 min. theraputic massage and the place was running a special and talked me into doing 60 min. massage along with 30 min. of foot reflexology. I've never had foot reflexology done but love foot massages. Is it worth it, what's it like?

3. foot massages are the healthy ones. if you read about it you will find out that there are special spots for all your organs and nerves. for example your toes are for your sinuses. heel- pelvis. top of your toes are for your brain
4. 90 minute therapeutic massage because they will massage your feet too...not to the depth of reflexology, but if you have any pains tell therapist. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-D
