Reflexology Maps

I have a problem. I had a reflexology session last week?

and ever since has suffered pins and needles in my left hand little finger and ring finger really easily and this hasn't happened before. Anyone know what do to stop it? Should add this usually happens when I am in bed and hasn't happened before.
