Any good online info or videos on hand reflexology?

I have done acupuncture several times and am open to self-administered hand and head massage. Do any of you know of good information online for either or both? I am interested in optimized health and greater mental and physical energy.

1. Recently I purchased a few DVD about massage. Those present by Real Bodywork are really good. They are very easy to understand. Check out their website. I have Reflexology for the feet and hands & Lymphatic Drainage Massage (this one is excellent). Also check out the Korean Hand Therapy website. They offer classes for self -help and practitioners. I suggest you learn it with your partner, so you can practice on each other. You will be more relax when someone give you a massage. :)
