How much reflexology do you need to start labor when your 9 months and a day?

I want to get a reflexology session. I am so ready to deli ever. I am 9 months and a day. Will 30 minutes due or should I go for the one hour session. The reflexology is known for this.

1. are you 40wks and a day, or 36 weeks? dont do it unless you are 39+weeks or more. need to wait for the babies lungs to be for sure developed. i would start with a 30min session at first, and then an hour one in a few days if that doesnt work.
2. i used to get reflexology massages once a week for about 4 months due to fluid, it never started my labour
