Is it true about foot reflexology? I have this problem.?

3 weeks ago I stepped on a rock with my left foot and the next day it got so swollen that til this day it hurts when I walk and it swells up more when i walk..a week later when this happened I started to get bad headaches and dizzy spells, which i still get. My MD said there is no connection with my foot with whats happening to my head... so I am wondering if the reflexology theory is true and maybe there is a connection with my bad foot to what is going on with my headaches and dizzy spells. Does anyone know?

1. It's worth a shot to go to a massage parlor and get a reflexology massage. Alternative medicine and "regular" medicine aren't the same thing and each side doesn't always know that much about the other side.
