Is it ok to have Reflexology done while Pregnant?

I have a prenatal massage appointment tomorrow, and I also scheduled a reflexology treatment along with it. At first I just thought it was just extra time on my hands and feet (because they are so swollen!) and I really wanted to increase circulation and just have them massaged more, but after doing a little research there seems to be more than that going on then just relaxation. Does anyone know for sure if it's safe to have reflexology while pregnant? I'm 34 weeks along. Thanks!

1. I've been wondering the same thing actually. I thought reflexology massage was just when they focused on pressure points on your hands and feet-so I would think it would be fine but not sure. Interested in hearing an answer from someone on this!
