are there any reflexology moves that can be used to increase height?

hello my friend, my sister is very short. i want her to grow taller. can i help in any way through reflexology? like are there certain points that could stimulate the release of growth hormone? please help!!!

1. Unfortunately, no. Nothing can force you to grow taller than your DNA says you're going to grow aside from risky and painful surgery. Reflexology and other natural methods can help to eliminate problems that prevent you from growing to your maximum potential (like an illness, after-effects from smoking or drugs, etc). And no, releasing more of your natural Growth Hormone (or adding artificial Growth Hormone) won't help you grow taller, but it can mess with your hormone balance and can be very bad... that's why Growth Hormone products should not be taken by anyone under 18 unless a doctor specifically recommends them for a medical condition. Sorry!
2. Accept her the way she is, and help her grow her self-confidence taller.
3. Height, or lack of it, is genetic. Blame your parents. Reflexology will not help in that in any way, however, your sister will very much enjoy the massage you give her!
4. Sorry there is nothing in reflexology that will help your sister grow taller. But reflexology is pretty cool, and there are lots of things it can do. And I'm sure she would love a foot massage! Good luck!
